FREE AUDIT GUARANTEE:

*You must implement our free advice yourself and exactly how we provide it within 3 days of the audit. We will need 14 days’ worth of data evidence from the date of the audit and tracking must be properly implemented within the first 3 days of the audit in order to qualify. We must be given access to the ad account we audited in order to review performance. Custom reporting, Google analytics and screenshots are not acceptable sources of evidence. This guarantee is valid for a one-time, one-campaign, one-platform, done-for-you service, and does not guarantee improvement. This guarantee only includes technical campaign fixes via the ad platform (does not include: graphics, videography, video editing, complex analytics setup, web design, SEO, etc).

PILOT PHASE GUARANTEE:

We put a lot of work into these campaigns, so success is MANDATORY! If for whatever reason we are unable to complete the pilot or do what we promised by the end of the pilot phase then we will refund 70% of the pilot management fee. All refunds are discretionary as determined by us. If we determine that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our agreement without providing a refund.

DONE FOR YOU SERVICES

Done-for-you agency services are delivered under our associated company Black Card Marketing. Any possible refunds or resolutions are not handled by www.simplyauto.io, They are handled by Black Card Marketing directly and are subject to the separate terms and conditions of Black Card Marketing. This website www.simplyauto.io (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Black Card Marketing https://blackmktg.com. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from www.simplyauto.io. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

All paid member area content is confidential and strictly prohibited to reproduce or share outside of the club with non-members.

All Confidential Information (as defined in the next sentence) of the other party. “Confidential Information” means all (i) nonpublic information (at the time of disclosure) disclosed by one party to the other party under this Agreement, provided such information is marked or indicated by the disclosing party to be confidential; (ii) and any information which ought reasonably to be considered confidential with regard to the circumstances surrounding disclosure, whether or not such information is marked “Confidential”.

In the event a party is required to disclose Confidential Information pursuant to a judicial or other governmental order, such party shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law or opinion of counsel, provide the other party with prompt notice prior to any disclosure so that the party or its client may seek other legal remedies to maintain the confidentiality of such Confidential Information.
